Biography
Managing Member Ronald W. Parker was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Baltimore and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore, and has taken many continuing education courses in insurance litigation. He has also attended the Wharton School of Finance ICSC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a trained Emergency Medical Technician; and a graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy. Mr. Parker is a Member of the Maryland and National American Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Maryland State, Baltimore County and Harford County Bar Associations. He is admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals and to the United States Supreme Court, and has been named a National Top Lawyer of America.
Having handled thousands of personal injury cases, Mr. Parker’s primary areas of concentration include personal injury and workers’ compensation law. Mr. Parker’s proficiency also includes real estate law, construction law, medical malpractice law, DWI/DUI and traffic violations defense, criminal defense, estate and trust law, wills, and landlord/tenant issues. He frequently publishes articles on personal injury and insurance law. He makes sure the firm’s clients are kept informed and happy! Mr. Parker’s professional affiliations include the Boumi Shrine, Mt. Nebo Masonic Lodge and many community associations. Mr. Parker is President of White Marsh Properties, Inc. He is currently Vice President of the Baltimore County Business Association and past President of the White Marsh Business Association and the Route 40 Business Association for Harford County.
